Salary: £35,000-£40,000 basic, plus bonus and benefits.
Location: London office three days per week; home-based the rest of the week.

The role
This is an exciting and newly created role as the business moves from Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo to Hubspot. You will play a crucial role in this journey, assisting the marketing team and the wider business to derive long-term value from Hubspot.
- CRM and marketing operations: as the Hubspot 'guru', you will be tasked with setting up and managing the sales and marketing platform, along with other tools utilised by the marketing and sales teams.
- Campaign support: you will collaborate with the larger marketing team, consisting of four members, and assist in implementing marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for ideating on the customer journey and increasing lead generation with a focus on email marketing, nurturing, pipeline stages, and lead scoring.
- Data management: with a solid understanding of GDPR, you'll be very comfortable with data, including sourcing, importing, and segmenting data. You’ll also analyse and report on campaign and website performance.
- CMS: you’ll take ownership of the website, primarily Wordpress CMS, and ensure forms are set up and working, landing pages are built, and suggest any improvements to make.
- Webinars: you’ll take ownership for the technical aspects of webinars.
What you will need to succeed in this role
- You'll be a Hubspot specialist and able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of it.
- B2B experience, client or agency side.
- A good commercial understanding with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
