About The Role
The Junior Digital Marketing Manager based in London will be a key driver of revenue growth to PEI Group’s global real assets portfolio of information service products. You will accelerate go to market plans through our marketing automation platform, Marketo, and other digital channels and act as the guardian of digital marketing excellence.
The ideal candidate is a naturally inquisitive and highly organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with Digital Marketing Operations and Marketing teams globally, you will develop new ways to communicate with audiences efficiently and effectively whilst accurately reporting on all activity to measure KPIs.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Working with the Senior Marketing Manager on building out marketing strategies, planning and goals for the real assets portfolio.
- Maximise high intent leads for the sales team via inbound and outbound strategies:
- Inbound: Optimise the inbound lead flow into the sales and marketing funnel via digital marketing channels.
- Outbound: Drive brand awareness and leads from outbound activity to our top TAM (Total Addressable Market) tiers via highly target ABM techniques across multiple digital and sales channels.
- Help maximise the conversion of leads to sales by ongoing optimisation of lead nurture and management process
- Work closely with the sales team on projects that can drive subscription / revenue growth and opportunities
- Proactively identify new opportunities to use existing and new digital marketing tools to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Provide marketing reports to track campaign effectiveness of marketing efforts and measure against KPIs and goals
- Use a combination of marketing channels to execute and optimise campaign performance.
- Build landing pages, create and test automated email series for the i-subs real assets portfolio, in our marketing platform Marketo.
- Keep up with the latest trends and necessary skills in digital marketing and automation platforms – with a focus on Marketo – to ensure the go-to-market strategies are at the cutting-edge of innovation.

Requirements
About You
Experience
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and programmes.
- Digital marketing - experience in creating and leading the execution of marketing campaign programmes from end to end, e.g. nurture journey’s, ABM.
- Delivers thoughts and ideas on improving existing activity as well as insight into testing new ideas to grow each brand’s footprint in the market.
- Copywriter – produce compelling copy to drive leads and conversions for their responsible titles and give feedback to the marketing team on their campaigns.
- Dynamic – displaying energy and confidence in all interactions with peers, management and stakeholders.
- Confident - belief in their ability to bring innovation and deliver on the businesses KPIs.
- Forward thinking – constantly looking for new and better ways of doing things.
- Understanding what and how new mar-techs can drive efficiencies and better results.
- Commercial – never losing sight of the revenue targets, constantly tracking campaign KPIs and ensuring that the plans that have been laid out to achieve our financial targets get completed.
