Role Overview
You will be responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across several high-profile brands. You will drive engagement and conversion through advanced marketing automation, ensuring seamless alignment with the company’s broader objectives. As a key collaborator, you’ll work closely with internal teams to enhance campaign performance, while coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience with marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot
- Strong data-driven mindset and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
- Demonstrated leadership in training and supporting team members
