The Opportunity:
Lead the marketing strategy for this exciting Health-tech scale-up! The Founders want someone to come in with ideas and the confidence to implement/execute them!
You’ll be the first marketing hire, taking full control of brand awareness and lead generation. You’ll take control of an existing agency relationship, but how that develops is up to you!
As Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of all marketing efforts, driving growth and brand leadership. You’ll lead outbound and inbound strategies, collaborate with internal and external support functions to ensure marketing activity is impactful, and aligned with business goals
The Ideal Candidate:
- Visionary, with a creative test-and-learn mindset, continuously driving innovation and growth.
- Extensive experience in scaling SaaS products, having successfully led marketing efforts from zero to market leadership.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the dental industry.
- Expert in data-driven strategies, including A/B testing and advanced growth experimentation techniques.
- Proficient with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Proven success in managing and optimising social campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Totally self-motivated, able to work autonomously and not only idealise things, but own the execution of them! Confidence in what you know!
- Experience working within a smaller, scaling SaaS business.
The Package:
- A base salary up to £100k plus a bonus (yet to be defined)
- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in a Central London location
