Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive plays a vital role in executing and optimising digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, generate leads. Key responsibilities include managing Google Ads campaigns, social media channels, and supporting with creating compelling content for ads, website, email campaigns and other digital marketing activities. This role also involves designing engaging graphics, reporting on digital marketing performance, and assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with ad hoc digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a data-driven analytical mindset, excellent organisational abilities, and is skilled at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute Googe Ads campaigns in line with company’s marketing objectives.
o Track, analyse, and report the performance of all Google Ads campaigns.
o Optimise ad performance through A/B testing and analysis.
Content Creation:
o Develop engaging content for social media, PPC, website and other channels.
o Update the company website using WordPress software.
o Create visuals and assets for digital campaigns using Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign softwares.
o Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
o Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn
o Manage social media schedule.
o Monitor and engage with online audiences, responding to queries and managing the online community.
o Analyse and report on social media performance and audience engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Support with on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings.
o Support in conducting keyword research and optimising content to increase visibility.
Email Marketing:
o Support with content creation for email marketing campaigns.
o Support in reporting on email marketing campaign effectiveness (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting:
o Use tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Meta, HubSpot to monitor and report on website traffic and campaign performance.
o Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve digital marketing efforts.
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing in a similar role.
o Proven experience managing PPC and social media marketing campaigns (paid and organic).
o Proven experience in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush).
Technical Skills:
o Excellent knowledge of creative software: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva.
o Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft/Mac.
o Proficiency in CMS (e.g., WordPress), HTML, CSS is a plus.
o Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp or HubSpot is a plus.
Soft Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
o Attention to detail and creativity.
