Specialising in project development, management, and financing, we provide low-cost, sustainable power infrastructure tailored for power-intensive industries.
We are looking for a high performing, talented Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing team and drive our brand identity.

THE DETAIL
Key Responsibilities
· Brand Management:
o Ensure brand consistency across all mediums, from online channels to printed materials, maintaining a cohesive and professional brand image.
· Creative Content Creation:
o Produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital assets that support contract negotiations and client and investor acquisition efforts.
· Website and Social Media Management:
o Oversee the creation and management of the company’s website and social media profiles, ensuring content is updated regularly and optimised for client engagement.
o Manage the growth of social media platforms, working in collaboration with partners and 3rd parties where relevant.
· Campaign and Event Management:
o Plan and execute creative campaigns to support product launches, special projects, and other company initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
o Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars.
o Manage event logistics, including speaker coordination, attendee registration, and promotional activities.
o Promote events through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels, measure success by tracking attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
· Client-Focused Creative:
o Work closely with the Client Solutions department to produce client-specific marketing collateral that aids in contract negotiations, including pitch decks, videos, and promotional materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing function with a focus on brand identity
· A proven portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful creative projects.
· Strong understanding of consumer behaviours and market trends relevant to the brand.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
