You’ll be the maestro of our digital channels, owning and orchestrating the performance of our website, organic social, email, PPC, and paid social channels. Your work will ensure consistency, scalability, and ROI of our marketing efforts across all our owned and paid channels.
This role is central to the success of our marketing team and broader go-to-market organisation, bringing repeatability and scalability of our processes and operations. By owning the Digital Marketing OKRs, you’ll drive results that are critical to achieving our ambitious growth goals.
Digital Marketing at Legl has three main objectives:
Optimise owned and paid marketing channels to drive impact, deliver exceptional ROI, and support our growth goals.
Implement best practices and scalable standards to ensure seamless alignment across teams and campaigns.
Make it effortless for our audience to discover, engage with, and buy from Legl.
Taking ownership of all owned and paid digital marketing channels, including the website, email, and social media, ensuring they drive performance and deliver results.
Continuously optimise these channels, including SEO, to drive key KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and inbound deal creation.
Developing and managing repeatable processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all digital marketing efforts.
Building strong relationships across the GTM function to align goals and foster seamless collaboration.
Establishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices for digital marketing operations.
Planning, scheduling, and executing impactful marketing campaigns and projects to achieve business objectives.
Leading the development and implementation of effective change management strategies across digital channels and the broader organization to adapt to evolving needs.
Collaborating with the wider marketing team, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and coordination across all digital initiatives, driving measurable outcomes and maximising impact.
You’re owning and leading all owned and paid digital marketing channels, completing a detailed audit.
You’ve implemented quick wins to improve channel performance and established hygiene in key areas with demonstrable impact on performance.
You’ve developed strong relationships across the GTM function and begun laying out a vision for long-term improvements.
A track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital channel performance for a scaling B2B SaaS business.
A proven ability to create and articulate a vision for what great looks like, taking a build-test-learn approach.
Hands-on experience managing and optimising key channels like Google Ads, Bing Ads, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
Exceptional skills in developing clear plans, aligning resources, and meeting deadlines with precision.
Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress and HubSpot, with a strong understanding of website optimisation.
The capability to handle ambiguity and competing priorities with ease, delivering impactful solutions.
Demonstrated experience working on website optimisation projects with practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
A meticulous focus on detail, ensuring the small things are right to achieve big-picture goals.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to bring teams together, foster consensus, and ensure alignment.

We compensate competitively against the market, and comparatively to our high-performance culture. The salary for this role is £65-75k.
