Responsibilities
- Drive and manage account partnerships to ensure merchant growth and development.
- Develop and execute growth plans with merchants to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with creator managers to produce high-quality eCommerce content & drive GMV through detailed collaboration
- Work closely with key stakeholder teams to align goals and actions.
- Utilize data effectively to understand pain points and prioritize solutions.
- Deeply understand sellers' needs and capture their pain points, escalating internally when relevant
- Design strategies to improve sellers' revenue growth.
- Utilize data proficiently to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Significant experience in account management with a focus on category growth.
- Expert knowledge of retail landscape, consumer demands, and e-commerce trends.
- Experience using social media platforms, especially TikTok, in a professional capacity.
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and data skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in managing ads and paid media campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of the Beauty industry landscape and UK market experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced environments. Tech/e-commerce background preferred.
- Knowledge about TikTok's TTS Model: Familiarity with TikTok's TTS model and the ability to explain its benefits to merchants.
