JOB PURPOSE
As the biggest brand in the UK Ice-Cream category, Magnum is the key growth engine of the category, executing some of the biggest innovations and marketing campaigns. As a result, we are looking for high performing, driven candidates that demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills, and a real passion for consumers. In ice-cream, we welcome curious creative self-starters with a passion for brands and snacking culture. The ideal candidates will drive the business forward through strong communication skills keeping projects and campaigns on track, collaborating with internal and external partners, staying curious about our consumer’s needs, and have strong attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of our brand strategies. This position requires a hunger to learn, understanding of the fundamentals of brand communication and in-market execution, including market trends, consumer, category and customer dynamics. Strong digital awareness & capabilities are also key to this role. Finally, you need to be a Pleasure Seeker at heart with a strong team spirit!

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an exciting and unique opportunity that gives the successful candidates the opportunity to work on an iconic global brand. This position will be primarily focused on supporting UK’s biggest ice cream brand through flawless execution of innovation, renovations and in-market execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Support the development of unmissable ATL marketing campaigns.
Lead innovation projects end to end, including consumer research, competitor reviews, business cases and creating a supporting activation plan.
Partner closely with media and digital expert teams to ensure flawless execution in market, through development of full digital ecosystem ensuring cohesion of brand experience across consumer touchpoints (i.e. Online, In-store).
ALL ABOUT YOU
You show empathy and curiosity: You will need to be consumer-obsessed and develop an understanding of consumer and shopper missions in Ice Cream, and how they vary across retail channels, while never being afraid to ask “Why?”.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant experience in marketing preferable in CPG, snacking or ice-cream. Proven track record of performance where you are able to demonstrate your ability to deliver results either in brand growth or market share growth.
