We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a newly formed Employer Brand & Attraction team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Balfour Beatty’s objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content manager to create compelling and relevant content that positions Balfour Beatty as an employer of choice.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse channel and campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget: Manage campaign spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Communications to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices and new ideas into our digital marketing strategies.
- Managing vendors: Experience of managing an agency/ external vendor is advantageous
- Ideation: Generate innovative ideas to drive marketing success and engage our target audiences.
Who we're looking for
Key skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management either in-house or agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- An understanding of Site Improve, Meltwater and Beamery is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive marketing success.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
