We are seeking a skilled B2B Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive impactful results across e-marketing, website management, and social media communications.
Role Overview
As the B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our organisation. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for executing campaigns and strategies that generate referrals for our core homes with vacancies and new developments, while also strengthening our brand identity. Managing a Marketing Assistant, you will oversee the development of compelling content, production of high-quality digital assets, and optimisation of our key digital channels to engage our primary audience—health and social care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a results driven B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Focus on generating referrals for services with vacancies and promoting new developments.
2. E-Marketing
- Create and execute e-marketing campaigns targeting health and social care professionals.
- Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor messaging to maximise impact.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
3. Website Management & Development
- Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the company website to ensure optimal user experience (UX) and accessibility.
- Regularly update content to reflect service availability, success stories, and quality outcomes.
- Track website performance metrics, making recommendations to improve conversions and engagement.
4. Social Media Communications
- Lead the social media strategy to promote services, share success stories, and enhance brand presence.
- Produce and schedule regular, high-quality posts tailored to the professional audience.
- Engage with followers and monitor platform analytics to refine approach.
5. Content Development & Brand Building
- Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, videos, and infographics, to showcase outcomes-based care and support.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice and brand standards.
- Build and maintain a library of digital assets for use across campaigns.
6. Team Management
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Assistant, supporting their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
7. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to the CCO.
- Report on KPIs, including referral generation, website engagement, and social media growth.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in the health, social care, or related sectors.
- Strong expertise in e-marketing platforms, CMS (preferably WordPress), and social media management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Knowledge of brand guardianship to ensure brand standards are adhered to across the organisation.
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decision-making (Google Analytics and other reporting tools).
- Experience managing and developing junior team members.
- Knowledge of the health and social care industry is desirable but not essential.
