As a Content Creator, you will play a lead role in developing and producing engaging content across various platforms for some of the UK’s most well known brands.

More about the role
The role is full-time and on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for –
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand content requirements and campaign objectives
- Managing projects from concept to completion, shooting, editing, and posting content for brands
- Developing creative concepts, storylines and content strategies to effectively convey the client’s brand message
- Create high-quality, engaging and shareable content using different and appropriate methods
- Editing, proof reading and enhancing content to maintain consistency in tone, style and brand guidelines, and adapting for different platforms and their usage/audiences
- Collaborating with other teams to develop integrated campaigns that deliver against objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital platforms to ensure content remains innovative and relevant
- Reacting to trends to ensure viral and engaging content
- Optimising content for search engines and monitoring performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Supporting the senior team with proposal development
- Attending events, stunts and client meetings
Essential experience/ requirements
- Approx. 3 years experience delivering quality, engaging content across big brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment
- Proficiency in editing software including but not linked to; Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects
- Ability to storyboard visual concepts aligning to video briefs
- Experience of planning shoots, including; arranging and setting up filming equipment, supporting with creative direction and supporting with managing client relations at the shoot
- Highly creative with a passion for storytelling and creating world-class content
- Ability to create social first content, both graphics and motion graphics
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, different ratios, and best practices
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and an understanding of different formats across each platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced and dynamic agency environment
- Familiarity with current digital trends across social media and influencer marketing

Salary banding – £25-30k.
