This is a flexible role for a Administrative Assistant role at IRS - you can join us part-time or full-time. You will be responsible for the operations, administrations, communication with clients, providing customer service, sales support, conducting training activities, hosting and creating videos and assisting with sales management tasks on a daily or weekly basis.

```Responsibilities```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Meet with clients when needed and perform an initial assessment to understand client’s situation
- Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
- Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirement
- Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes in order to find implementable solutions
- Liaise with both new and existing clients to review existing services and advise how this could be improved for mutual benefits
- Oversee, create, host audio and video productions to entice new sales accounts to maximise service delivery and increase margin through adding value to the existing services, upselling, cross-selling, etc
```Qualifications```
- No previous job experience required. However, proven experience for any role are welcome
