We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Marketing, CRM team based in London.
The digital marketing, CRM and data team are pivotal in the delivery of our business strategy by leading and developing HCA UK’s digital and online work. This covers numerous areas including increasing HCA UK’s digital maturity, conceptualizing, and delivering on our content strategy as well as our online engagement culture and practices.
It’s an exciting time to join the Digital team, having established our next five-year business strategy, our team is underway turning that strategy into an effective program of digital work. This role contributes greatly to our patient experience and overall perception as the UK largest private healthcare provider.
We are seeking a skilled email and digital performance professional to join us. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analysing online marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on our email and SMS campaigns.
This role requires a deep understanding of email campaigns and metrics.

What you’ll do:
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Looker Studio.
- Monitor and report on key metrics derived from our omnichannel digital platform, Dotdigital, as well as Google Analytics 4 (GA4); identifying trends, customer behaviour, and areas for improvement.
- Understanding and experience with SMS marketing campaigns and metrics measured against them
- Use SQL and other programming language to manipulate data
- Collaborate with CRM and email marketing colleagues to report on campaign outcomes, how they can be improved and suggest optimisations.
- Perform data-driven analysis to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, including focusing on email and SMS marketing
- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs, ensuring real-time visibility into marketing performance and customer insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign and marketing channel performance and communicate findings to key stakeholders, working closely with email campaign manager
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in data analytics for digital marketing
- Proven experience analysing data derived from email campaigns
- Bachelors/master’s degree in data analytics/business analytics/marketing analytics preferred
- Previous experience using Dotdigital a big plus
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and its application in measuring
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 – experience preferred
- Knowledge of Google sheets
- Google Marketing Platform – good knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.), and a familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
