About This Role
We're looking for an experienced, results-oriented, B2B marketing professional to plan and execute multi-channel lead generation initiatives. You'll own a sizeable part of the marketing budget, determine the optimal marketing mix, and optimise spending to maximize qualified leads.
You'll need a B2B marketing background, with a particular expertise in developing and generating interest and attracting relevant prospects. You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, but also creative in the creation of content, focusing marketing resources in the areas that provide the best returns.

In the UK, 5 million Small and Medium Enterprises spend a whopping GBP 4 billion every year on IT hardware, recycling less than 20% of it. Studies also show that companies lose up to 12% of payroll and productivity due to obsolete IT.

Requirements
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns and budgets across various online and offline channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Develop and maintain our dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs), ensuring all reporting informs and educates our marketing strategy
- Manage the B2B marketing budget and prioritise spending to maximize qualified prospects in line with the agreed ICP, buyer persona and sales targets. This will include overseeing email marketing, PPC, social media, and new marketing channels (including outbound and offline guerrilla activities). We have agencies and consultants working on each of these channels, so your responsibility will include driving a result using available resources
- Monitor and measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximise ROI, including retargeting, SEO
- Improve the initiatives based on the Sales feedback on website conversion rate through A/B testing of changes to the messaging, content, website structure, design and CTAs
- Analyse industry trends, professional communities, local business communities, market conditions and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate the creation of content to test and implement across different marketing channels
Experience And Skills
- 5+ years experience with B2B digital marketing with a focus on relevant prospect pipeline generation
- Experience in the tech and digital arena, particularly SaaS, Fintech and IT services
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue & attracting the right prospects
- Expertise with a wide variety of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, guerrilla marketing, and social media
- Relevant experience with outbound marketing (for low to mid-level annual contract values) is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics)

Location
- London (office 1 day a week, 3 days remote and 1 day out coordinating events, agencies, etc.)
- You must be resident and legally allowed to work in the UK
