The Role
The Performance Partnerships Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful execution and optimisation of our native ad and performance marketing campaigns. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that campaigns meet performance objectives and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis.
What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of native ad campaigns
- Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs
- Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients during campaign delivery, providing regular updates and addressing any issues
- Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Technical Setup: Ensure all technical aspects of campaign delivery are correctly implemented and functioning
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of campaigns
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and effective ad copy tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals

Requirements
- Google Ad Manager: Proficiency in using Google Ad Manager for setting up, managing, and optimising native ad campaigns
- Digital Marketing: Strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools
- Campaign Management: Extensive experience in managing digital ad campaigns from inception to completion
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse campaign performance data and derive actionable insights
- Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships and expectations during campaign delivery
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of technical aspects of ad delivery and troubleshooting
- Ad Copywriting: Proven experience in writing effective ad copy that drives engagement and conversions
- DMP: Experience of using Data Management Platforms for building targeted audiences
- AI tools: Working knowledge and understanding of the use of AI tools to test, measure and enhance the performance of advertising campaigns
Salary: £30-£35k commensurate with experience.
