Nottingham Forest is seeking a Digital Marketing manager to oversee all owned platforms with the goal of creating a deeper digital relationship and grow revenue through rich data. They will be the lead across the club's CDP and our digital omni-channel marketing plan - working on digital campaigns across platforms including but not limited to email, SMS and app pushes. This role will work closely with a range of internal teams across the business improve the effectiveness of our digital platforms - app, website and streaming.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the digital marketing calendar, including creation of emails campaigns using segmentation tools
- Manage website and app advertising inventory
- Manage our agencies and technology partners across digital - including web, app development and Customer Data Platform
- Plan and deliver first-party data growth campaigns and assessing new opportunities to grow data records
- Create a regular cadence of reporting for the senior management team to demonstrate growth, engagement and revenue driven through digital
- Ideate and create new digital formats and products for partners
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing management role, ideally with in a sports team
- Excellent written skills and attention-to-detail
- Understanding of GDPR rules to ensure club is compliant
- Experience using CRM and or CDP systems
- Brilliant communicator
- Experience in working external agencies and/or technology teams
