SALARY: up to £85K per annum depending on experience

What will I be doing as Global Head of Digital Marketing?
The Global Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, managing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy across all technologies (including CRM).
Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end CRM journey orchestration, automated personalisation & customer centric comms & experiences
- Work with operational colleagues to drive process optimisations, efficiencies in team effectiveness and internal resourcing
- Look for opportunities to deliver incremental workstreams that further Chubb’s ambitions but also deliver commercial value
- Plan, manage and implement all digital marketing initiatives, including website enhancements, SEO/SEM strategies and tactics, and all social media programs
- Responsible for supporting, guiding, training digital marketing team members in local in-country marketing teams, and shared services centres
- Manage Chubb’s global corporate website, Intranet, Customer Portal and microsites
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights to inform new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including marketing automation, social media, sales enablement, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
What we would like you to bring to the role:
The successful candidate will have experience managing a website content management system with an eye for user experience and design best practices
- Extensive proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a global, complex and highly matrixed environment (B2B or services organization experience preferred)
- Experience leveraging integrated marketing automation/CRM for optimal marketing use and performance
- Experience managing a global, multi-language B2B website via CMS (WordPress desirable)
- Experience developing strategies for and executing campaigns across digital marketing channels
- Experience using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Expertise in marketing automation; Pardot, MS Dynamics 365 or similar
- Working knowledge of CRM technologies; MS Dynamics and Salesforce experience a plus
- Familiarity with digital and social network management and analytics tools, and ability to stay current on new web technologies and trends
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Understanding of best practice brand management, and an eye for detail and compliance
- Experience with other online marketing initiatives such as SEO, paid search advertising, A/B testing, multivariate experiments and website personalization
