About the Role:
The Demand Generation Manager (DGM), Europe is responsible for the execution of demand generation programs in the European market. The DGM will assist in the creation of a demand generation strategy across a variety of channels, to develop effective tactics within those channels, and then to execute those campaigns to a high level of quality. The DGM will interact with a cross-functional group of internal and external stakeholders, vendors, partners, prospects, and customers and produce engaging experiences which capture prospect interest, promote our brand, and accelerate sales activities. Success will be measured by the performance of the demand generation campaigns they execute, as well as the general level of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist GTM leadership in development of demand generation strategy and program selection.
- Drive the execution of marketing campaigns across Europe.
- Lead planning, production, and logistical support of company hosted and sponsored events in the European region.
- Travel to events and execute Xurrent's on-site event marketing plan.
- Proactively and professionally coordinate individuals such as vendors, partners, creatives, sales people, SDR's and other Xurrent team members, and others necessary for demand generation program execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to run demand generation programs with minimal oversight.
- Assist marketing leadership with contract, invoice, and budget management.
- Contribute to the refinement of marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, and presentations.
- Develop perspective and assist in the creation of Xurrent demand generation and marketing campaign best practices.
- Use Xurrent's marketing automation system to perform basic tasks such as building and loading lists, creating emails and reports, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Generally support all Xurrent marketing initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or related roles, with a focus on B2B software or technology companies.
- Possess proven demand generation expertise and effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Deep domain expertise in demand generation, including comprehensive knowledge of best practices and strategy for core B2B marketing channels such as event marketing, email marketing, digital ads, webinars, content syndication, account based marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience modeling and forecasting demand generation performance and utilizing campaign attribution data to guide investment decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
