We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Director, Technology to join our dynamic Strategy team. As an Associate Director, Technology, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of strategists to deeply understand our clients' businesses, growth objectives, and customer dynamics. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging your expertise in Martech and CRM to craft tailored technology strategies that drive business success.
You will be a key player in collaborating across various teams, including developers, designers, data specialists, researchers, and product owners. Your work will be integral to developing and delivering strategic recommendations focused on operational and marketing technologies, particularly in large-scale CRM and Martech implementations.
Requirements
- CRM & Martech Expertise: Lead strategic thinking and execution on complex CRM and Martech engagements, ensuring client needs are met with innovative and effective technology solutions
- Technology Audits & Workshops: Conduct comprehensive technical discovery audits, facilitate workshops, and perform interviews to assess current processes and platform capabilities, guiding future technology recommendations
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the delivery of major transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic principles and successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies
- New Business Development: Support new business initiatives by crafting compelling approaches and perspectives that set us apart from competitors
- Thought Leadership & Culture Building: Contribute to the agency's thought leadership initiatives and actively participate in social activities that foster a strong and positive workplace culture
About You
- Experience: 3-6+ years in consulting or strategy roles within a consultancy or agency environment, with a strong focus on CRM and Martech solutions
- Core Skills: Proficient in research analysis, synthesis, workshop facilitation, storytelling, and process mapping, with a deep understanding of digital operations and technologies
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in web, app, CRM, and data technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, CDP, Marketing Automation Technologies) are highly desirable
- Methodologies: Demonstrated ability to apply methodologies that identify, ideate, and solve client challenges, leading to the creation of digital roadmaps and strategies
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile delivery methods, with certifications like Product Owner (PO) or Scrum Master (SM) as a plus
- Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of digital trends, emerging channels, and platforms that can be leveraged for client growth
