Core Responsibilities
- Financial controllership towards DCE BU (Digital Consumer Engagement Business Unit); including month-end / year-end closing, resource planning (budgets and headcounts) and planning & estimates submissions.
- Financial controllership towards one of the global strategic projects, BDLR (Building Direct & Long-Lasting Relationships) Program, overseeing budgets, headcounts and value planned and delivered, in collaboration with the Senior Finance Manager for DCE and BDLR Program Stakeholders
- Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders across selected areas under DCE BU to support the strategic agenda and decision making
- Finance Business Partner to one of our Digital Product Portfolio domains

We have an exciting opportunity within Product & Marketing Development Finance (PMDF), as a partner towards the Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) BU, leading and supporting various strategic priorities. Using your excellent financial expertise and commercial competence, the Finance Manager will act as a strong business partner to senior executives.

- Proven ability to work in a global & matrix structured organisation
- Strong collaborator in a multi-functional work environment
- Commercially minded, ideally with strong financial controllership and project management experience, partnering with marketing and/or digital teams
- Comfortable navigating complexity with the judgement as to when to dig into the detail and when to look at the bigger picture
- Ability to thrive in an environment where there is not always a clear answer and a new path must be forged
- Able to deliver high quality work even when tight deadlines are looming
- Natural curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and the ability to engage, influence, persuade, align with stakeholders
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
