About The Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at ECA. You will be a demand generation maestro experienced in targeting Ideal Customer Profiles and capturing demand through strategic and innovative marketing activities. Partnering with our Customer and Sales teams, you will be responsible for increasing customers and revenue by building a predictable and sustainable pipeline of Leads and Deals. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will manage our HubSpot platform and website to deliver a seamless experience across all channels.
Requirements
Responsible for:
- Demand Generation Planning: Develop and execute the annual Demand Generation plan to drive growth and capture demand through a mix of digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Content Development: Utilise internal expertise to re-purpose existing content and collaborate on creating new material that resonates with our ICPs.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate alignment with ICPs through regular data health checks and validation.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Design a coherent sequence of touchpoints reflecting customer buying preferences.
- Tech Management: Optimise and manage our technology platforms, including HubSpot and the website, to automate activities and enhance demand generation efforts.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and optimise the marketing budget to achieve maximum results.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, using KPIs to inform decisions and improve future strategies.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to drive innovative marketing solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing and multi-channel campaign execution. Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or technology sectors is preferred, and exposure to PE/VC-backed small companies is a bonus.
- Qualifications: A relevant marketing or demand generation qualification (e.g., IDM Awards) is essential. A higher qualification (e.g., IDM Marketing Diploma) is desirable.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and campaign management.
- Website/CMS Management: Experience in managing and optimising a multi-language website.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven with strong analytical abilities to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions.
- Content Creation: Ability to create new content to ensure ongoing engagement.
