Job summary:
As the Global Demand Generation Lead at AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in driving our pipeline growth and revenue generation. You will spearhead the creation and execution of a strategic vision for demand generation, focusing on planning, implementing, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns across a variety of owned and paid channels.
In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you will collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, RevOps, and product teams to continually develop and refine our demand generation programs. We are looking for a data-savvy, cross-functional leader who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our global demand generation strategy and will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a global demand generation strategy across multiple channels to drive pipeline growth and revenue in the Americas, UK, and APAC regions
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation, including paid social, paid search, website, third-party sites, and email marketing
- Lead Account-Based Marketing efforts to engage and convert key global accounts
- Identify and integrate new inbound channels to consistently generate qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Sales, and external marketing teams to build strong partnerships and align demand generation strategies
- Work with Revenue Operations to ensure transparency, develop dashboards for the demand generation funnel, and support data-driven decisions on content and channel effectiveness
- Leverage marketing automation tools to execute multi-step, targeted campaigns efficiently
- Analyse and interpret campaign performance data to refine strategy and execution
- Act as a thought leader by sharing global insights, best practices, and industry trends to optimise persona behaviour, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
What you'll bring to the team:
- Analytical mindset: A data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights
- Strategic & hands-on: Able to balance high-level strategic planning with detailed execution and ongoing optimization
- Self-motivated and proactive: A multitasker who excels in prioritizing and managing diverse stakeholder needs
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (:10%)
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in a demand generation role with a focus on acquiring new customers. B2B marketing experience and comfort with complex buying committees are required
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS industries. Proven ability to create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads
- Technical Skills: Expertise in email marketing, ABM programs, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn.
