What You'll Do:
As a member of our support team, you will be dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include addressing client queries, providing guidance to enhance their campaigns, and efficiently handling any concerns or complaints.

Work Schedule:
- UK Hours: The role requires a commitment to working during UK hours. (11am-3pm)
- Part-time Shift: Monday to Friday
Skills and Experience:
- Client Account Management: Proven experience in effectively managing client accounts.
- Industry Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably on the agency side.
- Quick Thinking: Ability to think on your feet and adeptly solve problems.
