A pioneering digital search and review platform for the Education sector in UK is seeking to appoint an SEO Executive
As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase our online visibility and enhance our search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of search engine optimization techniques and a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic. A highly-collaborative role, you will work closely with colleagues, Digital Content Manager, PR & Social Media Manager.
Hours – 32.5 hours / week - 9.30am to 5pm Mon-Fri
Salary - £11.44 to £12.50 based on experience
Contract - Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
Location – Uxbridge – UB8
Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Identify effective keywords for optimization.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, and content both on-page and off-page.
- Link Building: Create and execute strategies to boost website authority.
- Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and analyze performance.
- Data Analysis: Examine traffic and user behavior to identify and address improvement areas.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, PPC campaigns, and social media ads.
- Content Promotion: Collaborate with PR and social media teams to amplify content reach and ensure alignment with SEO strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content, PR, social media, and development teams to integrate SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Trend Tracking: Stay updated on SEO trends, digital marketing strategies, and algorithm updates.
Requirements
- Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or certification in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO techniques, PPC, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Effective communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
