THE ROLE: Lead and manage a rapidly growing SEO team, helping them deliver industry-leading results for clients, including:
- The SEO team's delivery of audits and campaigns
- Quality assurance by mentoring and supporting the team, not executing yourself
- Process improvement, enhancing processes, playbooks, and team structures to drive efficiency, scalability and long-term retention.
- Training and mentoring the team to upskill and deliver cutting-edge strategies
- Represent the company at industry events as a thought leader.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record of leading SEO teams, ideally as a Head of SEO or senior management role
- Experience developing and pitching winning proposals to secure new business
- Strong commercial focus to balance profitability with client satisfaction
- Passion for training and empowering team members.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary
- Performance bonus tied to retention and net new client growth
