What You’ll Do
Lead the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies for clients.
Lead a strong, functional team of 2-3 SEO members.
Complete high-level keyword research and create topical clusters/pivots to piece together a comprehensive and effective content strategy.
Lead on technical SEO work for clients, including website audits and migrations of global brands.
Conduct detailed internal linking audits and create specific strategies to improve site structures for clients.
Understand SEO techniques for different search engine platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Bing etc.
Direct off-page optimisation projects and digital PR campaigns, adjusting strategies as you go.
Create designs based on UX and CRO to scale revenue for clients.
Provide innovative ideas and workflows internally using AI to streamline processes and help CEEK scale.
Collect data and lead complex reports on traffic, rankings, etc to clients.
Work with social and paid media teams to optimise SEO campaigns.
Analyse competitors’ SEO activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide internal training opportunities for more junior members of the CEEK team
.
Keep up to date with SEO industry trends and adapt client strategies to match.
Attend meetings with wider marketing implications and assisting on projects outside of the search landscape.
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Vast experience with multiple SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs etc).
Willingness to develop and improve across all aspects of SEO.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Adaptability to learn new techniques and overcome challenges.
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Client-facing experience.
