The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, Google Ads, website development, creating high-converting landing pages, and overseeing social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- PPC Campaign Management/ Generate leads:
- Plan, create, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
- Google Ads Management:
- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies tailored to business goals.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and remain cost-efficient.
- Stay updated on changes in Google Ads algorithms and best practices.
- Website Development and Maintenance:
- Collaborate with developers/designers to build and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Landing Page Design and Optimization:
- Design and develop high-converting landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
- Implement tools and techniques for lead generation and conversion tracking.
- Use analytics to refine and improve page performance continuously.
- Social Media ad management plus post designing
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, tiktok etc.).
- Design and mange meta ad and generate leads
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other platforms to track and report on campaign success.
- Provide actionable insights and regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and landing page tools.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application in digital campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver unique solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
