Exciting Opportunity: Marketing Manager
Location: Chatham, Kent
Salary: £42,000–£60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

In this pivotal role, you’ll work across both divisions of our business, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with the sales team to drive year-on-year growth and position our brand ahead of the competition.
This role is based at our Chatham, Kent office, with the possibility of flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and integrate marketing initiatives across both divisions of the business, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Develop and manage a variety of marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute innovative and effective marketing strategies.
- Regularly analyse and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to drive ROI.
- Partner with external agencies and suppliers to create compelling sales resources.
- Ensure the marketing function delivers measurable success in alignment with business goals.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and focus to the role. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365 and design tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing data effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
- Show adaptability and a “can-do” attitude in tackling challenges.
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Be capable of managing diverse priorities across multiple business divisions.
