What are we looking for?
We are looking for a UX/UI Developer who can work with our awesome Design and Development team to help enhance the UX/UI of our clients' Learning Management Systems. The projects will almost exclusively be working on the Docebo platform. However, knowledge of the Docebo platform is not expected. We can teach those bits.
What skills will that person need?
Must Have:
- Strong understanding of user experience design fundamentals
- Proficiency with design tools i.e. Figma, Adobe Suite
- Excellent understanding of HTML and CSS
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and customer service skills in English
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated
- Passion for learning new skills and technologies
Bonus to Have:
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Understanding of Docebo
- Understanding of Learning Management System administration
Experience
- Background working in full-stack development teams is preferred
- Background working within a professional services/technology consulting environment is preferred
What would be the day to day duties?
- Understand and analyze client needs within the Docebo platform, identifying goals, pain points, and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather, refine, and agree on detailed requirements.
- Design custom pages and enhancements in Figma, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet client needs.
- Present designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure feasibility within Docebo’s technical constraints.
- Implement approved designs using advanced HTML and CSS, developing creative solutions for complex requirements.
- Conduct QA on your work and peer review team members’ designs and implementations.
- Finalize and submit designs for client review, guiding them through the go-live process.
- Create documentation and transfer knowledge to clients for ongoing maintenance.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring successful project outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team, sharing updates, insights, and addressing challenges together.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Upskill in your knowledge of the Docebo platform.
