The Role:
We’re seeking a Social Media Producer to join our KISS Fresh team in London.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role at one of the UK’s biggest radio stations, targeting a young, on trend audience with a deep-rooted culture in Hip Hop, Dance, House and Afrobeats.
As Social Media Producer, you'll plan and produce engaging content, manage our social platforms, and work closely with presenters like Henrie & the Dixon Brothers. Strong communication, project management, and creative skills are key. You'll report to the Social Media Lead, assist with forward planning, and collaborate across teams on wider projects.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and produce engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, photos, and written posts tailored to the KISS Fresh audience
Monitor and analyse social media trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates to keep KISS Fresh’s social media presence current and effective.
Engage with the KISS Fresh audience across all social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Manage KISS Fresh’s social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Ensure all content aligns with KISS Fresh brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.
Assisting on shoots and content days – including music events, presenter shoots and high-profile guest interviews
Track analytics (engagement rates, reach, and growth) to understand what resonates with the audience and refine the strategy accordingly.
Utilise platform analytics to identify audience demographics, peak activity times, and content preferences
Desired Experience & Skills:
Excellent understanding of social media, particularly the creation of engaging, optimised content for various platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and experience in planning and scheduling content across them.
Strong understanding of the KISS Fresh audience and culture.
Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and apps like Cap Cut.
Solution-focused and adaptable when facing changes
