We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our messaging is consistent and aligns with our overall marketing goals. A creative writer and visual content whizz you will be able to translate our brand strategy into engaging content that doesn't follow the crowd.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook,Instagram, and LinkedIn both with B2B and B2C messaging
Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the public relations/marketing team to align social media efforts with broader communication initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our social media presence innovative and relevant.
Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure brand consistency and adherence to best practices.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content that engages audiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to amend work press sites, handle blog copy and initiate regular email marketing.
Expert in making content and using relevant software to achieve goals
Expert levels of organisation with ability to put together stories and Themes into a cohesive content calendar across brands
