We are excited to partner with an innovative technology-driven wealth management firm known for its customer-centric approach and competitive fee structure. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their ambitious marketing team.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute key marketing strategies, focusing on brand development as well as client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CMO to manage the daily operations of a dynamic and creative marketing team.
- Oversee a range of marketing functions including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, CRM marketing, and partnership management.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to drive marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of two to three individuals, as well as manage external agencies or contractors.
- Coordinate and manage external agency relationships effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience marketing to High Net Worth Individuals or private clients, preferably within a wealth management or legal sector.
- A proven history of success in lead generation and client retention strategies.
- Strong budget management skills and the ability to analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Experience in organizing events, with a focus on online formats.
- Proficient in executing digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, programmatic, display).
- Familiarity with CRM marketing and automation tools is essential.
- Knowledge in content management, including social media and public relations outreach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude.

Pay: £100,000.00-£140,000.00 per year
