The Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll play a key role on the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and others. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding performance, staying ahead of trends, and ensuring our clients' goals align with our mission to drive positive change. What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Vision: Lead long-term account strategies that drive growth, expansion, and high-impact results.
- Client Services: Cultivate trusted relationships providing clear communication and reporting.
- Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from inception to reporting, including ad copy creation, targeting setup, and A/B testing.
- Team Mentor: Nurture, grow and inspire junior team members, working alongside the Head of Paid, with a collaborative & supportive approach to training and development.
- Industry Insight: Champion the latest tools, trends, and ideas to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Advanced Analytics: Turn complex data into clear insights that steer campaigns toward success, improving ROI and achieving campaign KPIs. Weekly & Monthly Client Reporting this on a weekly and monthly basis to client in to deliverables to improve performance.
- Team Player: Work closely with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and cohesive.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social marketing, with a strong record of managing and expanding high-growth accounts.
- Platform Knowledge: Proven experience in managing paid social & performance campaigns across platforms. Ideal: 2 years Google ads experience, Essential: Meta, Desired: Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Klaviyo, but happy to consider those who don’t meet all requirements but willingness to learn.
- Data Driven: Passionate about diving into data and immersing yourself in identifying trends and patterns and what they mean.
- Strong Financial Acumen: Excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting to meet both client and company goals.
- High-Level Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating and presenting client pitches, strategic reports, and growth strategies to senior client executives.
- In-depth Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in paid social marketing trends, analytics, and social platform advancements; able to anticipate and respond to market shifts.
- Advanced Project Management: Experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with a high degree of organisation, prioritisation, and attention to deadlines.
- Analytical & Results-Oriented: Expertise in using advanced analytics to track campaign success, extract actionable insights, and advise on performance improvements.
