What You’ll Do:
Content:
- Create jaw-dropping digital content for No Fuss Travel Guides and Robbie Roams across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Produce everything from short, snappy TikToks to polished, long-form YouTube videos.
- Design stunning static and carousel posts using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Write engaging, informative, and compelling blog posts.
Social Media Strategy:
- Plan and schedule posts that amplify brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor trends, track performance, and tweak strategies for optimal results.
Community Reach:
- Build relationships with our growing audience by responding to comments, messages, and group posts then assigning relevant enquiries to other staff members through our customer service ticketing system.
- Be one of the friendly faces of No Fuss Travel Guides at events and exhibitions.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or digital content roles.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and the Adobe Suite with the ability to originate eye catching social media content.
- Solid experience in video editing via Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing suites.
- Proven ability to create and execute a cohesive content strategy across multiple platforms.
- A solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing skills for captions that captivate, blog posts and general day to day travel guide support.
- Strong communicator and big team player, willing to be flexible and help other areas when needed.
- Self-driven, motivated and be able to manage own time and workload.
- Experience with smartphone filming, some knowledge of professional cameras and setup is a plus.
- A passion for travel and an eagerness to learn and grow.
