Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our team, with a primary focus on designing and developing interactive websites, while also contributing to brand visual identity, digital content templates, and graphic design. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically proficient, capable of delivering engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interactive Website Design & Development:
- Lead the design and development of responsive, interactive websites using Webflow or other platforms, integrating animations, hover effects, and dynamic content.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless execution of designs.
- UI/UX Design:
- Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces, producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user experience research to optimize design for usability and accessibility.
- Brand Visual Identity (VI):
- Develop and maintain brand visual identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and other branding elements.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print media.
- Digital Content Creation:
- Design templates for social media, email marketing, web banners, and other digital marketing materials, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Graphic & Motion Design:
- Create engaging graphics and motion elements (such as Lottie animations) to enhance the user experience on websites and other digital platforms.
- SEO & Web Performance:
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and provide fast, efficient performance across different devices and browsers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to meet project goals and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Web Development:
- Proficiency in Webflow or similar platforms for building fully responsive, interactive websites.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure seamless implementation of designs and customizations.
- UI/UX Expertise:
- Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and designing interfaces.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.
- Brand Visual Identity:
- Ability to create and manage brand visual identity systems, ensuring consistent application across digital platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for developing brand assets.
- Interactive Design & Motion Graphics:
- Proficiency in motion design using tools like After Effects, GSAP, or Lottie to create dynamic, interactive user experiences.
- Graphic Design:
- Experience designing digital content templates for social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong design skills for creating visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- SEO & Web Performance:
- Familiarity with on-page SEO practices and techniques to improve website search visibility.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization to ensure fast and smooth user experiences.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital design, web development, and branding, with a strong portfolio demonstrating interactive web design and digital content creation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
