What's the role?
We're looking for a passionate mid-level web developer to join our dynamic team. While experience with VueJS is a plus, it's not a must—what's more important is your enthusiasm for learning and tackling new challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Working closely and sharing responsibility with lead developers to help manage and deliver projects
- Delivering and maintaining a wide range of bespoke data analytics tools for our Health Analytics team
- Integrate existing packages with the codebase; create your own packages and building new tools
- Working with our wider team to identify areas for improvements
- Research new technologies and share your knowledge across the team
- Help more junior developers by providing code reviews and organising team training
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic and hard-working frontend development
- A strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern best practices
- An understanding of version control, debugging techniques and testing processes, NPM packages and frontend dev tools
- The ability to delegate within a team, work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong design skills, with an excellent understanding of user experience
- Being curious and passionate about improving your knowledge
- Clear communication skills and the ability to express complex ideas simply to teams and key stakeholders
