We’re looking for a Social, Content & Community Executive to join this fast growing start-up and work hand in hand with the Brand marketing team & closely with the founder as they continue to drive their mission to be the #1 womanhood brand, globally.
What you will do...
- Manage the US & UK influencer and creator strategy and implementation end to end from identifying, contracting, briefing and reporting on their performance and most importantly, building incredible lasting relationships.
- Create and own the Global organic content plans across the key social channels (TikTok, Instagram & Facebook) to explode their organic growth & community engagement. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to the marketing calendar.
- Explode their US TikTok presence by managing the creation, planning and execution of their content through owned and creator content, identifying trends and spotting content ideas that will shift the dial for the brand’s TikTok account. Be the lead point of contact for the TikTok Shop agency.
- Capture high-quality footage and shoot, edit, and deliver video and static content quickly, managing the editing process. Enhance videos, incorporating music, sound effects, and graphics to create engaging content.
- Identify the key communities that the brand should be part & manage the strategy and proactive engagement.
- Be the lead point of contact for US PR & influencer agency + support across all projects.
- Set the Community management process across platform monitoring and engagement, as well as reporting on consumer and customer sentiment
- Support wider brand marketing initiatives such as events or retailer sampling.
- Collaborate with the commercial, marketing and creatives teams to develop and execute strategic plans for social media, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Who you are…
- Excellent knowledge of the US beauty market, especially Sephora, key influencers, trends & opinion leaders in our space.
- A huge passion for the brand’s mission and vision and the beauty wellness space.
- A genuine love for building relationships with influencers & creators in the industry, ideally with great connections already.
- An obsession with social media, with proven experience of TikTok and Instagram and social beauty trends.
- Highly skilled in photography and videography with an acute eye for beauty.
- Experience editing and grading videos and images, ideally in beauty, female health.
- Confident in directing and shooting and collaborating with other team members, including founder. Ideally have experience working on-set in shoot environments
- Creative thinker who is proficient at idea generation and visualisation.
- Proactive, ambitious, and hard-working with excellent communication and organisation skills, managing different projects, deadlines, and workloads.
- Energy & enthusiasm - we want someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the brand's life!
- Proof in delivering results on small budgets, with a hustle mentality
Salary: Up to £35k
Logistics: Can be US based (fully remote - East Coast). Or London based, 2 days a week in Vauxhall.
