LSI Education – www.lsi.edu – has a network of 14 schools across seven countries, teaching primarily English language classes to international students in English-speaking countries. We have marketing & sales staff around the world, but our main marketing department is based in our central London campus in Bloomsbury where we are now looking to recruit a social media marketing manager and webmaster. The role
We are looking for a person to manage and develop our presence on social media, write and distribute regular newsletters about our programmes, and keep our website information up-to-date.
The role primarily includes management of company social media accounts, copywriting, sales and other aspects of digital marketing. The role also includes working with our marketing & sales team, as well as our school staff around the world, to recruit students through a network of partner agencies.
We’re looking for a person with specific experience working in social-media-based marketing. We’re looking for a person that is self-motivated, energetic and can lead, create and implement independently their project goals.
Overview:
Effective community management
Copywriting; written and digital content production
Drive brand awareness & increase audience
Develop strategies for growing reach (paid and organic) inc. influencer marketing & advertising supported with plans for improving ROI
Provide regular reports to track progress and KPIs
Create & produce content plan informed by results, new ideas and insight
Work closely with our school staff and marketing team to develop engaging communication campaigns
Keep our information up-to-date on our website and in our digital brochures - maintaining course copy, prices and dates
Maximise use of digital content & new technology
Be at the forefront of emerging trends proposing new ideas to management team for trial and development
Essential Skills:
Strong copy-writing skills essential - a storyteller
Multi-media skills essential with great understanding of compelling video production
Solid understanding of all free and paid social media marketing channels
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience:
Proven success in delivering effective & engaging marketing communications
1+ years’ experience in social media management
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
Experience with Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign & Video production preferable
Experience in search and wider digital marketing skills preferable
