We distribute a range of exclusive and non-exclusive mortgage products both through mortgage intermediaries and direct to clients.
We are developing a growth strategy with a greater emphasis on digital solutions and are seeking a marketing manager with experience and expertise in the intermediated mortgage sector to significantly increase awareness of the BuildLoan brand.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- working closely with the executive team to develop and deliver a marketing strategy for the business
- researching and analysing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
- developing and overseeing marketing campaigns
- writing and delivering content and social media plans
- producing creative content, including press releases, thought leadership articles, videos and blog posts
- tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
- liaising with third-party marketing agencies
- design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
Skills/experience required:
· experience in a marketing role within the intermediated mortgage market
· familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools would be beneficial.
· strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for various platforms
· excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners
· strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for innovative marketing campaigns
