If you’re looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic marketing team that is leading a movement within a niche of US healthcare, and you’re looking for a big opportunity to progress your career, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you.
First, who are we?
Seen as industry leaders for cutting-edge marketing strategies, we partner with private hearing care clinics across North America to help them to drive powerful content marketing and lead the future of the industry.
With a small yet dynamic team of less than 30 people that all work remotely, it’s a culture where growth and opportunities often arise with large growth plans and a strong leadership team.
It’s a place where you can bring your ideas and experience to modernise an industry that is “stuck in its ways” as well as be part of a family culture with all the remote working benefits.
As you’re still reading, you must like what you’ve seen so far.
The truth is, we’ve developed a very special culture, and we’re absolutely committed to maintaining it. The person that joins us must be a great fit, and we’re prepared to wait until the perfect match comes along.
Although your experience plays a key role in this process, your personality traits and attitude are the main priorities. If this is how your co-workers and friends would describe you, then we may be the ideal match:
- Always happy, smiles a lot, positive attitude, always a pleasure to be around.
- Interested in self-development, learning new skills and continually improving yourself.
- Committed, dedicated, a great teammate, pitches in without being asked, puts team accomplishments ahead of individual accomplishments.
- Owns it, credits others for successes, and accepts responsibility for failures.
- Always finds a constructive way to solve a problem.
- Coachable, doesn’t get defensive, accepts feedback with a positive attitude. Always looking for ways to grow and improve.
- Reliable, dependable, when you say you’ll get something done, it’s as good as done
- Is hungry to learn and self-develop
These statements also describe the people you’ll be working alongside, meaning that you’ll quickly discover that this is much more than a group of co-workers, it feels like a family.
We have discussed about whether you’re the right fit for this role and you’re still reading which indicates that you may just have at least a couple of the personality traits/attitude that we’re looking for. So, let’s now look at the specific duties of the role.
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role working hands-on to drive the marketing of our clients, including email marketing, content creation, account management and proactive marketing strategies.
As an industry that is feeling the threat of many external factors, it’s a special time where the best clinics are stepping forward, driving change and creating the future of the industry, and they’re part of a small elite group facilitated by us.
As a trusted partner to these elite clinics, we define their marketing strategies, help them to solve business challenges and execute on the implementation of high-performing campaigns (digital and offline).
You’ll be driving the guidance to these clinics, bring a modernised approach to an old-school industry and be driving the implementation through a team of specialists to make meaningful differences.
This includes:
- Managing up to 15 clients, supporting their marketing deliverables and campaigns
- Being a trusted partner to them through email and regular calls
- Implementing monthly email newsletters that are highly-personalized
- Strategising and driving blog content to position them as experts and grow traffic
- Continually learn and improve marketing skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes
If the above sounds like the kind of role that you have been waiting for, and the type of marketing group that you want to be part of, then here’s what we’re ideally looking for from you:
- You have a strong interest in marketing, which is proved in your existing roles, or personal passions
- You are very hungry to grow, evolve and learn – you prove this through how you spend your personal time, what books you read, who you follow, etc.
- You enjoy building relationships with clients and being the person they come to when they need marketing help/suggestions
- You can learn new things quickly, are naturally inquisitive, and are comfortable adopting new tools
- You care about results
You’re still here?
So you must like the sound of our company culture, believe you’re the right personality fit for the role, and have the experience/qualifications that we’re looking for.
Finally, let’s discuss the wage and benefits of being part of this journey.
The wage for this role is between £28,000 and £32,000, depending on your experience, with expectations for growth in the role.
Additional benefits include:
- You will work alongside a renown marketing expert (one of the co-founders of the business) who will mentor and support you
- Work from home – our team of experts are spread throughout the UK, Europe, India and the US – you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the world.
- Travel opportunities – you will be invited to travel to key events
- Private healthcare and dental care – you and your family will be covered for premium private healthcare and dental care plans if you are resident in the UK.
- Never work your birthday – it’s a small thing, but you’ll always have your birthday off work, on us!
If you believe that this is the right fit for both you and us, then we would love to talk.
