As Senior Paid Social Strategist, you’ll take full ownership of paid social strategy and execution, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You'll conceptualise and deliver campaigns that seamlessly merge creativity, consumer psychology and performance data.
This is a full-time, permanent role designed for a bold thinker who thrives at the intersection of art and analytics and can lead The Lost Estate’s paid social efforts to new heights.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy
- Drive the development of platform-specific creative, from conceptualisation to execution, across Meta and emerging platforms.
- Combine art, psychology, and performance data to create campaigns that stand out and convert.
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and design teams to craft visually compelling, scroll-stopping creative assets.
- Stay ahead of trends in consumer behaviour, creative formats, and platform best practices to push boundaries and innovate.
Campaign Development & Optimisation
- Own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta : strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Leverage rigorous A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative, ensuring consistent improvement in KPIs like ROI, CTR, and conversions.
Data-Driven Insights
- Harness data to inform creative decisions, identify trends, and refine campaign strategies.
- Build robust tracking and reporting frameworks using tools like Google Analytics, and UTM parameters.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that fuel creative innovation.
Creative & Platform Expansion
- Support The Lost Estate’s expansion into TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms, as and when they arise.
- Test and implement new creative formats, ensuring campaigns are always fresh and ahead of the curve.
About YouMust-Have Skills & Experience
- Creative-first approach: Proven ability to conceptualise and execute innovative, high-performing creative strategies tailored to Meta and social platforms.
- Expertise in consumer psychology: Understand what resonates with audiences and how to translate that into compelling campaigns.
- Advanced data-handling skills: Ability to analyse and act on performance data to optimise creative and campaign performance, specifically tools such as Meta Ads Manager (analysing reports, A/B testing), Google Analytics (tracking user behavior and campaign impact), and data visualisation tools like Google Data Studio. You should be able to demonstrate how core paid funnel metrics can be used to optimise creative and campaigns effectively.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns (minimum £200k per month) on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Demonstrable success in combining creativity and data to deliver campaigns that exceed performance goals.
- Agency experience: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, working on diverse campaigns across industries.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience creating and optimising landing pages to support the full paid funnel.
- Knowledge of other platforms like TikTok and X, with experience executing campaigns on these platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma for creative collaboration and development.
