The Social Manager is the link between client, our internal team and external partners - so someone with exceptional communication skills alongside a passion for social media are mandatories
You will...
- Liaise with clients on calls and daily comms, leading on both reactive requests and proactive suggestions
- Manage social calendars, ensuring all content is delivered to the highest quality
- Write creative and on-trend copy for captions, working cleverly with visuals to maximise engagement
- Listen to social trends and cultural moments, suggesting opportunities for each of our clients' brands
- Plan and attend content shoots alongside our client's Social Creator, particularly when clients are present
- Create monthly reports for each client, emphasising actionable recommendations to improve social performance
- Assist with community engagement across all social platforms
You'll have…
- Proven experience managing social media channels for clients, ideally in an agency
- Passion for all things social
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- An eye for current events and pop culture
- Ambition to develop and progress quickly
- Experience in Airtable, Canva and Capcut
Salary: £35-45k
Logistics: Remote role with requirements to be in London for client meetings
