Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and creative professional to join our team in the combined role of Social Media Manager and Studio Manager. This position is responsible for managing and promoting the company, as well as overseeing the operations of our new state-of-the-art film studio.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and maintain a strong social media presence for the company.
- Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with the brand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, campaigns, and PR opportunities
- Identify and pursue brand partnership and sponsorship opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media platforms.
Studio Management Responsibilities:
- Manage studio bookings/scheduling and client relations
- Uphold studio policies and ensure a professional atmosphere
- Liaise with artists, producers, and other clients to understand project needs
- Manage studio inventory, supplies, and operating budget
- Explore opportunities to upgrade studio capabilities or drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, campaigns, and PR opportunities for the studio
- Identify and pursue studio partnership and sponsorship opportunities
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent project management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities
- Proficiency in digital content creation, social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Working knowledge of music/audio production workflows (preferred)
- Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a studio environment ( preferable )
- Previous experience influencer marketing (preferable)
- Previous education within industry (preferable)

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
