This role sits as part of the ‘Culture team’ in Havas Entertainment, with clients ranging from Dr. Martens, Bumble, Badoo, UKTV, Puma and more. Majority of clients in this patch are also international remits, meaning this opportunity is not only an introduction to the UK media market, but to media planning and buying across the globe.
This is one of the most central roles in the agency – the face of Havas to the client. The Media Client Services team are at the heart of everything we do. We are the first port of call and main liaison for our clients. We work with clients on day-to-day on projects, and also help build a pipeline of work for the agency by spotting opportunities for growth within client’s businesses. We work as an extension of their marketing teams, taking their business challenges and turning them into great media and creative strategies. We work with all the different teams and departments in the company as well as other agencies in their roster to bring campaigns to life.
You will be part of our busy client services team providing support to the rest of the team across a range of activities. This will include supporting projects from inception to delivery, conducting research, attending team and client meetings, compiling status and contact reports, financial tracking of projects and working with other departments to support the development of media campaigns and creative work.

The Media Client Services Platformer should have these skills:
- Someone who is passionate about the team and industry they are going to be operating in, whether it is broader culture, or niche interests. Our clients always want that passion to come through.
- A good communicator - written & verbal.
- The ability to demonstrate a strong interest in brand, advertising, and media is a must.
- Good at (and enjoys) fostering relationships with different kinds of people.
- A self-starter who can plan and prioritise their time effectively.
- A team player, someone that loves to collaborate but can also be productive working alone.

In the role, you’ll:
- Support the team with audience work and competitor reporting, helping us to understand what is going on across the industry and what is currently driving cultural conversation and cut-through
- Get under the skin of our audiences across each city we activate in: understanding who are audience are, what they are into, what they are doing and helping shape how our brands can tap into individual communities and audiences
- Support the team in planning and come up with creative and innovative media ideas

We work in a hybrid working model – in office and remotely
Office Location: 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG
This is a ‘hybrid’ role, which means that candidates will be required to work some of time in the office and some time working from home. The exact split of time across the office and home will be dependent on each team and the requirements of the work tasks on any given week.
