Your job: Business Support Administrator & PA to Director
Reports to: MD
Location: Hybrid (2 days London Liverpool Street office, 3 days remote)
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 PA DOE
Job purpose: We’re looking for a superstar Business Support Manager & PA to work closely with the MD, providing both administration and general support to ensure cohesive running of a busy team. This is a crucial role that combines traditional PA duties with a range of projects to ensure we conform to the standard operating procedures.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is also capable of working alone and using their own initiative. We’re looking for a results-focused person who is well suited to working in a small team environment.

Key responsibilities
(Include but not limited to!)
● Managing call switchboard & email ticketing system (via Fresh Desk)
● Qualifying new inbound customer enquiries and capturing key information
● Compiling and preparing reports, sales presentations and correspondence
● Supporting the Finance Manager with invoicing & expense filing
● Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
● Capturing and reporting company KPI’s weekly and monthly
● Proofreading documents, presentations & outbound communications
● Managing the Live Chat department, customer service and processes
● Managing the internal CRM system (HubSpot)
● HR Administration & Assistance
● Comprehensive and proactive MD diary management
● Preparing, coordinating and assisting with meetings, capturing the key information and taking minutes where required
● Booking business travel arrangements
● Working across the MD’s group of companies and ventures and dealing with associated and personal requests
● Conducting research for the MD as and when requested
Candidate Requirements
● Excellent oral and written communication skills with an exceptional telephone manner
● Competency using Wordpress, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google’s Gsuite - Docs, Sheets and Slides
● Great Proofreading skills
● Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise, and multitask in a fast-paced working environment
● Project management skills with an acute attention to detail
● Excellent presentation skills
● Great interpersonal skills and natural relationship maker
