We’re looking for a digital marketer to join our ambitious business.
Disclaimer: you’ll be employee number one. If that sounds terrifying, then this role might not be for you!
We need somebody with fire in their belly; unafraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
This role will be equal parts challenging and rewarding. You’ll work closely with Resultful’s founder to deliver great work – from developing client strategies to executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Being part of a small but close-knit team, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark from day one, adding value to clients and our ambitious business growth plans.
A typical day might look like…
- Internal catchups on client projects – what’s working (and what’s not), as well as what’s coming up that we need to prioritise
- Client meetings – updating on progress, sharing insights and taking new briefs
- Picking up client comms (For example, emails, Slack, Microsoft Teams messages)
- Proposal support – providing insights or recommendations on what prospective clients should do to support their growth
- Strategy and planning – designing effective blueprints that we can roll out in line with a client’s needs and objectives
- Campaign development – building landing pages, emails and ads
- Creating content – writing copy for ads, social, email or web
- Campaign management – interrogating data, gathering insights and optimising existing activities to drive results
We don’t expect the successful candidate to do all of the above – we’ll split the workload across skill sets, playing on individual strengths. Additionally, we’re not afraid to call upon external consultants and freelancers to support where needed.
The sort of person we’re looking for…
We accept that nobody is the finished article – and we accept that we’re certainly not. We’re looking for somebody that possesses some or all of these traits:
- A go-getter – somebody with fire in their belly, unafraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
- Analytical with a genuine love for data and the ability to interrogate it
- Semi-independent – while support and guidance will always be provided, being able to crack on is important
- Responsive – the agency world waits for nobody – picking up and responding to communications within a reasonable timeframe is key to managing expectations
- A good eye for detail – clients pay us a premium for a reason – high standards are non-negotiable
In addition to these traits, experience working in tech or IT would be advantageous.
