Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager (FTC, 3-6 months)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and branding efforts for our wellness brand. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes our brand's purpose and USPs, supports new customer recruitment, engages, and strengthens our existing community, and supports business growth KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership: In collaboration with the E-comm Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, lead and implement all marketing and brand activities to establish a strong, consistent brand presence that aligns with our brand DNA. Create and oversee content development, ensuring all assets reflect the brand voice, support retention and acquisition initiatives, and drive engagement.
- Campaign Development & Execution: work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement owned and paid channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- PR & Influencer: Manage PR agency to evolve e-pr, print, influencer, KOL/ ambassador strategy to deliver agreed initiatives and enhance our brand’s public profile with our foundation and growth consumer segments.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and develop our proactive and reactive social media strategy on Meta and LinkedIn to grow fans, drive engagement, and build an engaged online community. Cultivate and nurture an active and engaged community around our brand through proactive and reactive interaction, customer support, and targeted initiatives.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships with corporate and lifestyle brand that amplify our message with our growth audiences and extend our reach.
- Budget Management: competently forecast and manage marketing investment spend within budget; reconciling with the Finance Director monthly.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably but not exclusively within the wellness or beauty sector for a DTC brand.
- Experience working remotely and in a founder-led business preferred.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, social media, PR, and developing brand partnerships for audience recruitment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyse campaign effectiveness.
