Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with NeuroVirt’s goals.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Oversee project management tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Content Creation and Management
- Attend product demos to film, photograph, and interview clinicians and patients.
- Create compelling video content, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Edit videos and photos to produce professional-quality assets for various platforms.
- Create engaging content for various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Social Media and Online Presence
- Manage NeuroVirt’s social media accounts and website.
- Plan and schedule posts and blogs to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Utilise SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Brand Development
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
In-person and Event Support
- Assist in organizing and promoting NeuroVirt’s events and demonstrations.
- Interview patients and clinicians to create online content.
- Travel to conferences in the UK and USA (expected around twice a year) to market the product and promote the Company
- Document live events for marketing and outreach purposes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong skills in video editing, photo editing, and graphic design.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools. (e.g., LinkedIn, X).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to engage compassionately with patients, including those in severe cases or those who may have cognitive and speech and language impairments. A caring and empathetic approach to managing interactions is essential.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel for product demos including internationally (expenses covered).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Experience with customer storytelling and testimonial marketing.
- Researching and writing for articles and blogs

Salary: £29,000-£30,751 pro-rata
