As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Part-Time Marketing Manager to take our Brands, online sales, promotions, and marketing structure to the next level.
The Role: As a Part-Time Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our physical and online presence, driving sales, and creating a cohesive marketing strategy. You will be conversant with Social Media, Marketing Releases, constructing Marketing Principles. You will work closely with the team to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving demand for our Brands among corporate and end user markets.
Develop and implement online sales and promotional strategies to boost revenue.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Oversee the structure and content of our e-commerce platforms and websites.
Plan, create, and execute marketing tools and campaigns to engage customers.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
About You:
Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on online sales and promotions.
Familiarity with social media marketing and costs involved.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
